You Should Know, Miami, FL - 01/18/2011

This place is a joke. We purchased our first boat with them in Nov 2010 after the Ft. Lauderdale Boat show. At closing we find out that all of the accessories that we discussed having included in the purchase were not going to be included. This was reasonable because our lender approved upto a certain amount, however it would have been nice to know this prior to sitting at the closing table, giving us a chance to perhaps negotiate a better deal elsewhere. So we are thrilled with our 1st boat and go out fishing, find out the button on our center console for our live well does not work... it's a 2010 "new" boat...but we take it back in to get repaired (took 2 weeks, given one of the weeks was Thanksgiving, to get this button repaired, gps, and spreader light installed, ridiculous). They took over a month to file our registration, tag, and title which I got a ticket for since our paper tag expired before they sent us the new one. To make matters worse, the trailer they sold us has several lights not working and we just found out that our bilge pump has not been working. When we had someone take a look at it, it turns out there was a 3 amp broken fuse attempting to power the pump (whatever genius works at Palm City Yachts placed it there). In conclusion, we will NEVER give any sort of business to these people again and hopefully you won't either.

You only get what you pay for. The dealer dosent build the boat and the things that were wrong with the boat were under warranty from Proline
