Hey, I got here late and didn't have a CHANCE yet to say something nice about these folks!

Buzz Brown (owner) has been an award-winning Grady dealer for a LONG time and has sold Grady's for some 30+ YEARS - ever since he opened the place!

I bought my Scout from them new in 2001 and have never had anything but GREAT service/advice/help from these folks! I'll change out the plugs, RACOR, and lower unit oil, but anything else and THEY (Southeastern) get the work!

This past Memorial Day weekend (on Friday), I towed my boat to Deltaville (70mi. one way) to enjoy the day.

Got the boat in the water - all ready to go - and couldn't get the engine started! CRANK, CRANK, CRANK - NOTHING! Seemed like no "fire"? Had a jumper, but THAT wouldn't even do it?

In a BAD mood, I hauled up I-64 STRAIGHT to Southeastern and "invited" myself to speak with Buzz at 3:00P.M. on a FRIDAY of a HOLIDAY weekend!

Buzz said to take it around back and we'll have a look-see!

They put THEIR jumper on it and in about TWO cranks had it running! I could have crawled UNDER the trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They (about 3 folks he had looking at it!) laughed and one said it was the BATTREY ("Bush" word! ). I said the DECCA(?) I had bought (on a bad "moment" at ANOTHER marina) had done this beFORE! It was replaced under warranty and I had another DECCA installed. The ORIGINAL was an Interstate - that had lasted 5 YEARS!

I asked if they still sold "them" (Interstate) and tech guy said YEP! I said PLEASE put one in! Installed, and run on the muffs for about 10min. - DONE!

Was out of there in about 30min. from the time I got there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next day, I haul BACK to Deltaville and she cranked up IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER too busy to stop and help out a customer (who hadn't bought a $60K or so Grady!)

GREAT folks with a LOT of talent in there!

P.S. - I will NEVER buy another THING from that "other" marina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
