Owner John is a lot of fun, but they do need some help in after sales, the trailer they sold me is wrong for my PWC and their parts guy is a complete idiot. He's thick as a brick and rude. My next purchase will be from somewhere else based entirely on their jerk parts guy. He's argued with me everytime I've had to talk to him and in every case he was completely wrong. He can't ever understand what you need and even told me the Waverunner I bought doesn't exist when I was buying an oil filter even though I was reading the model directly off the owners manual.
