stayed there for a couple of season myself.And when you got mold all over the bathroom.And then you got Vito riding around in his golf cart looking for money.And then they tell you they want 100% for the 2010 season and its only July.You got to say to yourself is this place nuts or is it me.I didn`t even start to think about winter storage and this guy wants me to pay for next summer.Thats when I said cya

Stayed at this marina for 2009 and learned my lesson. This marina is dirty. The bathrooms are filthy with the toilets not being cleaned and with feces everywhere. Constant problems with the pool being dirty and not well kept. Management sucks such as accusing you of doing something wrong so that they can double dip and get the cost of a dock twice. Management looks for any way possible to tack on a charge to you. Please..........before signing the contact be sure to carefully read the fine print and even posibly if you are able to bring it to an attorney for review. Be sure you understand everything because they will try to tack on a charge in any way they can. There are a lot of other marinas with better amenities and better managed in the immediate area. They represent themselves as authorized dealers for most every make with signs all over the shop, but they are not. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I warned you!!!!!!!
